Terms and Condition

1. All goods shown on this site are for Plus Size (L to XXXXL) only.
2. Photo taken by models is to show and model the style of the selected apparel. 
3. Colour might be slightly differ as due to brightness and contrast of the monitor.
4. Item code started with rs indicates ready stock, while item code without rs is pre order item
5. For size selection, kindly refer to the measurement stated as your size choosing guide.
6. Kindly leave plus/minus 2 - 5cm allowance for the measurement as all item are hand made.
7. Parcel delivery time frame
• For ready stock item, parcel will be posted out within 24 hours after payment is acknowledge received.
8. Order placed in Stylisticious will get the confirmation sent within 24 hours .
9. Goods sold are neither returnable nor refundable nor exchangable.
10. All order placed are considered final and no changes can be made after order is paid. 
11. Payment Terms
• For ready stock item, payment must be made within 3 days of order confirmation. Order will be cancelled if payment not done within 3 days. 
• For pre order item, payment must be made in full before the closing date. Order will not be submitted for the current batch if customer fail to make the payment before the closing date
12. No COD
13. The seller is not liable for any damage on the goods and lost in transit for the parcel sent.
14. No reservation will be made for back out customer. 
15. The buyer is responsible to ensure all information provided are accurate esp: name, address and tel no. and to make sure that someone is at the delivery location to sign and receive the parcel within the period as stated in the email or to collect the parcel from the local post office within a period stated by Pos Malaysia / Pos Laju. 
16. If the parcel were return to Stylisticious, customer will have to pay the penalty (amount will be stated in the email) which includes handling fees plus 1st posting plus 2nd posting in order for Stylisticious to resend the parcel. If the customer wish to have their money refunded, total amount will be actual item amount minus penalty minus bank fees (for IBG transfer - if any)
